Terms and Conditions
CampxITSolutions, LLC

1. Introduction
Welcome to CampxITSolutions, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our IT consultation services and website (collectively, the "Services") provided by CampxITSolutions, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Rhode Island ("CampxITSolutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
We provide IT consultation services, including but not limited to network design, cybersecurity consulting, cloud solutions, IT support, etc. The scope of services provided under each engagement will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal ("Service Agreement") to be executed by both parties. These Terms are incorporated into and form part of any Service Agreement.

Fees for our Services will be as set forth in the applicable Service Agreement. Payment terms will also be outlined in the Service Agreement. We may invoice you [Frequency, e.g., monthly, quarterly] for services rendered. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a 3% late fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any materials, software, or tools provided by us in connection with the Services shall remain with CampxITSolutions, LLC, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. You retain all rights to your pre-existing data and intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any Service Agreement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our Services "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us under the applicable Service Agreement during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement with 60 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Service Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation or arbitration in Rhode Island.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and CampxITSolutions, LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Customers may receive mobile text messages with meeting and or appoitment reminders as well as mobile text messages related to a specific services from out technicians and or our management staff.
